ABOUT US

Metabolic Brewing Co. is owned by Fresko & Kathryn Fresquez – a husband and wife duo.

Fresko fell in love with the brewery industry after Kathryn convinced him to take a job at a local brewery. He quickly found his passion in beer and worked his way through different roles in the industry.
With a background in healthcare (Respiratory Therapy for Fresko and Nursing for Kathryn) and passion for beer, Fresko & Kathryn established Metabolic Brewing Co. – a science and science-fiction themed brewery.

    Been here a couple times and I’m looking forward to becoming a regular. Found out the owner and his wife have a background in healthcare which my husband and I can relate to. Trivia night is lots of fun. Love the theme, decor and retro feel of it all. Good beer, good people, good vibes. What more do you need?

    I’ve been here twice and I’m definitely impressed. The brewery has a great vibe, the owners are super cool and the beer is great! My favorite is their rosemary West Coast IPA, “Fully Compensated”.
    They have plenty of seating, card games, non alcoholic options, and usually a good retro sci-fi on the projector. I’m looking forward to their upcoming black IPL and a couple new IPA releases.
